Starting our brand, Busby Lane, has been a dream of ours for a couple of years, and we finally made it happen. Growing up by the beach, we where always inspired by the energy and bright colors of beachwear. At the same time, we loved the doozy style of streetwear. We wanted to create something that mixes both worlds.

Busby Lane is all about blending the relaxed feel of the beach with the bold look of street fashion. The goal is to make clothes that you can wear from the beach to the city without missing a beat. Our corduroy hats, for example, are perfect for that.

Designing these hats was an awesome process. I started by sketching out different ideas, focusing on combining the textures and colors I loved from both beach and street styles. Once we had a solid design, we worked on picking the best quality corduroy fabric that’s both durable and comfy.

After that, it was all about the details and getting the stitching just right, choosing a cozy lining, and making sure the fit was spot-on. It took a lot of trial and error, but seeing the final product was totally worth it. Each hat is a piece of our vision, bringing together the best of both worlds in a stylish and functional way.
